DESCRIPTION OF GUEST HOUSE
Let Pia Pierre guide you into this unique world, charged with history, where Italy meets the Far East in Provence. A place of sanctuary, far from the madding crowd, yet close to all amenities; it is the ideal location to combine culture and history.
The north facade is severe in style, leaning against a massive square tower straight out of the Middle Ages, and forming a fine contrast with the smiling south side with its elegant loggia that invites you to enter the inner courtyard, surrounded by a colonnade that bears all the lustre of time.
**** The “Monastic” room
The Monastic room is so so-called because of its extremely sober style. Lit by two windows on the east side, it overlooks the cottage garden, containing a magnolia tree and some wonderful hydrangeas. It houses a collection of animal drawings dating from the beginning of the century. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a low separating wall, and the room has its own entrance comprising a spacious wardrobe. Access is via the inner courtyard gallery. For those who adore romantic summer breakfasts, a special table is reserved in the garden under the persimmon tree.
**** The “Loggia” room
This room is particularly well orientated and extremely light, thanks to its two wide mullion windows and the round windows on the first floor. Ideal for a couple with one or two children, it comprises a double bed on the ground floor plus a mezzanine with bunk beds.
