In only 20' from Annecy ( 17 kms), the charming and peaceful small hamlet of Verthier is situated at the end of the lake of Annecy, on its East bank, not far from Talloires and very close to the Naturel reserve.
Built on the heights, between lake and mountain, our house was specially designed to enjoy you and offer a lodging of quality.
Our two roomy rooms of 23 m² have each one its private bath yoom and W.C.
They were furnished and decorated with the greatest care so that you draw there calm and serenity..
From the large balcony, you will be able to admire a splendid sight on our mountains.
Our garden raised and flowered in season is at your disposal for one moment of relaxation.
Near the B & B Les Hauts de Verthier, you will discover a great choice of activities, as well sporting as cultural.
We are at your disposal for you to make them discover.

During winter: - Ski in the famous stations : Le Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, Les Saisies...

How to get there :
On the highway A41, take the exit Annecy.
Follow the direction Albertville by the N 508 up to the round about Doussard/Faverges.
Turn on your left, direction Talloires by the D 909.
Exceed the restaurant "Le Kokopelly".
Slow down !!!! At about 100 m on your right take the 2nd private way.
Rise, turn left, here your are in "Les Hauts de Verthier"
From Albertville, take the direction Annecy by Ugine/Faverges/Doussard.
On the round about Doussard/Annecy, turn right direction Talloires by the D909.
Exceed the restaurant "Le Kokopelly".
Slow down !!!! At about 200 m on your right take the 2nd private way.
Rise, turn left, here your are in "Les Hauts de Verthier
